If you are training please be sure to submit a log through the portal. Before beginning the script, setup your log and submit once the training has ended. In the log you must include the employee(s) trained and outcome, even if the individual(s) failed training.
Training
You are allowed to use any coloured chat but please refrain from using BOLD and RED during your training sessions. Note that the notes in red are not to copied into training and is just for your guidance
Welcome to the OOA Training Programme!
In this session, I will explain about your additional responsibilities as an OOA+ member.
As a member of the OOA Division, you should be well-informed about the operations of SS.
Please do not go AFK/idle or move around during this period.
First of all, let us quickly go through the 2 new commands that you should know,
FTSS - Fill the Supervising Stand
It is located in the lobby as 2 podiums.
FTHD - Fill the Help Desks
You are to remember the other commands as well: FTF, FTB, CTH, BTB, BTW, FTS, FTT & FTTR.
Do you have any questions related to these commands?
Brilliant, we will now head into the guidelines and details of FTSS.
(Proceed to use the correct Yellow chat, as demonstration for the 1st point.)
1. You are only allowed to use the standard yellow chat for announcements, unless permission is granted by a Mod+ that says otherwise.
2. Ensure that the Hallway and workstations are neat at all times by using the CTH command.
3. Help lower ranked members obtain seats at FTF/FTS.
4. Double check that HRs are promoting hard workers at the right online time/promo time diff.
5. Report and request for kick on Trolls/idling Staff.
The following are actions that are prohibited on FTSS:
1. Do NOT use the yellow chat for casual chat purposes/sending welcome messages.
2. Do NOT spam using the underscore mark or any kind of symbol.
3. Never use the Red coloured chat on FTSS or anywhere in base.
4. Do NOT use caps even if you’re making an important announcement.
5. Do NOT go AFK/idle on this station or any other stations.
Take note that under normal circumstances FTF and FTS takes priority over any other stations.
IF there’s a Recruit in FTT, then FTT & FTTR takes priority over any other stations.
IF there’s a member awaiting assistance at the Help Desk, then that takes priority over other stations.
OOA+ are encouraged to FTSS before FTHD.
Do you have any questions about the FTSS requirements?
Awesome, we will now be going through the FTHD guideline and regulations:
1. FTHD takes priority if there’s a member who needs help.
2. Only entertain work related questions, not personal questions.
3. Answer all questions to the best of your abilities, do not give out false information.
4. Familiarise yourself with the Policies/CoC/Handbook etc. on the Website under “Education”.
5. Do not go AFK/idle on this station.
Please take note that members seek for assistance on the help desk, do not blame them for being ignorant.
Hold every member in high regard and respect everyone who approaches the Help desk.
Asking about and for Promotion or Pay at the Help desk is not an offence. Kindly inform them, to continue working hard and keep an eye on them.
If they do work hard, please give them what they requested for to motivate them.
Study the links on the Official Website after this session to prepare yourself for FTHD duties.
I highly encourage you to bookmark the following link: habboSS.com/faq
This will better assist you in answering questions at the help desk.
Do you have any questions for me, regarding FTHD?
As you are now a member of the OOA Division, you have received the authority to give Strikes.
Please be reminded that you have received the rights to issue Warning, Demotions and Fires in HR.
I urge you to read up on the Discipline and Punishment Policy to give out fair sentences.
I will now brief you on giving strikes.
Strikes are generally considered to be a harsher form of punishment than Demotions.
Please follow the Punishment Procedure in the Discipline and Punishment Policy.
In SS, we operate on a Three-Strikes System for our discipline measures.
Strike 1: Indicating that the striked user has committed a heavy offence and has been recorded.
[Add x1 at the end of the user’s motto]
Ensure that the strike has been approved by a Leadership+.
This strike can only be removed after 14 days,
unless otherwise approved by the OOA+ who issued it or by a Leadership+.
Strike 2: Includes at least a demotion by 1 rank and x2 in motto.
A Strike 2 can only be issued by Leadership+ provided that it has been approved by a Mod+.
Strike 2 lasts for a minimum of 14-28 days and
can only be removed before 14 days if approved by the person who issued it or a Mod+ after investigations.
Strike 3: Termination of service.
Can only be issued by Mod+ after investigations have been carried out.
Please log ALL kinds of disciplinary actions, including strikes under “Disciplinary Logs” on the boards.
Please log ALL strikes removal under “Strike Removal Logs” on the boards.
You are reminded again, to refer to the Discipline and Punishment Policy for further details.
Do you have any final questions for me?
Fantastic! We have now come to an end to Trainings for you.
Definitely read up on the website and forum once we’re BTB!
Congratulations and welcome to the OOA Division, please change your motto to:
<SS> Trial OOA <tag> <tag> <AB>
And request for the OOA badge.
BTB please, I will inform you once your badge has been accepted.
