To explain for the long script,
First of all, out of all the divisions we have in the Secret Service, when a Legal Affairs member gets promoted to a High Rank, they transition from being an LR to a HR and that is the biggest transition of role as their responsibilities heavily changes.
Even in the Recruit Training, newcomers were told to refer to the HRs if they're met with any problems but if our HRs have no clue what to do, then doesn’t it defeats the purpose?
It is essential for us to provide a well-rounded and efficient training programme for the HRs as they will be carrying a heavier duty as they move on from the Training division to become someone of higher authority.
Yes, having a longer training script might be daunting for both trainers and trainees, however, quality should be of our utmost prioritization, I believe. If the script does not serve its intended purpose, why do we even have the script there in the first place? It’s not there only for show.

To expand this, you must continue working hard.
Completing your HR duties will allow you to gain promotions as the higher ranks will watch you.
First, let us briefly go through the contents of the promotion policy.
1. Only give out promotions with reasons e.g. work in base, work in EUs, well handled tasks etc.
2. HR+ can promote anyone up to the 5th rank below them.
3. You cannot promote anyone in the same division as you.
4. Before promoting, check their online time + last promotion and command them to ATT.
5. Log ALL promotions on sshabbo.boards.net under Promotion Logs.
6. Do NOT promote based on favouritism, if caught, you will be disciplined.
7. When promoting someone to a new division, make sure to add <AB> at the end of their motto:
<SS> Rank <tag> <tag> <AB>
8. Make sure to contact a Badge Admin to help get badges accepted if required.
9. When promoting someone with the <AB> motto (without AB badge), make sure to check logs carefully and check if there is a BA online to accept the division badge. You are allowed to promote him/her as long as he/she has fulfilled all promotion criteria, and has no issues with his/her logs. As the new promoter, you must then ensure that a Badge Admin accepts his/her badges. (Updated)

5. Log ALL disciplinary actions on sshabbo.boards.net under Disciplinary/Fire logs accordingly.
6. If the action is not logged, it will not be valid.
